1. Introduction

RupaliGlam (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the RupaliGlam app or website, how we use it, where we store it, and how you can manage it.

2. What we collect

  • Account & Profile: name, email, phone, profile image, shipping addresses.
  • Orders: items purchased, order status, delivery address (used only to fulfill orders).
  • Reviews: rating, review text, optional review images (if you upload).
  • No IP tracking: We do not track your IP address for profiling. We do not collect payment card data (COD only).

3. App permissions we request

  • Internet: required to fetch products, submit orders and sync data with Firebase.
  • Storage / Photos: to upload profile or review images (optional).
  • Camera: to capture profile/review images (optional).
  • Notifications: to send order updates and optional promos (you can opt-out).

4. Where your data is stored

Primary storage: Firebase Firestore. Files (images) stored in Firebase Storage.

Example storage path for profile images: /profile_images/{userId}/{filename}

5. How we use your data

We use your data to process orders, provide customer support, show your history and reviews, and send transactional messages (order status). We do not sell your data.

6. User rights

You can view and update your profile from the app. To delete your account and personal data, use the in-app "Delete account" option or contact support@rupaliglam.com.

7. Children

The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the minimum age. If you are a parent and discover your child provided personal information, contact us to request deletion.

8. Cash on Delivery

We support only Cash on Delivery (COD). We do not collect or store card/payment data.

9. Admin & Support

Authorized admins may access the database to manage products, orders, banners and support users. Admin access is restricted and monitored.
